Desain Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen Berbasis Model ADDIE: Kajian Konsep Raiser dan Molenda dalam Konteks Kurikulum Nasional 2025

Christian religious education plays a vital role in shaping students' character and spirituality through the internalization of Christian values. However, in practice, CRE instruction continues to face several challenges, such as the use of unstructured teaching methods, limited utilization of technology, and a lack of data-driven evaluation. To address these issues, this study examines the application of the ADDIE instructional design model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), based on the framework developed by Reiser and Molenda, within the context of the 2025 National Curriculum. This model was selected due to its systematic, flexible nature and its emphasis on continuous evaluation. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of sources such as the Bible, books, and relevant academic journals. The findings indicate that the ADDIE model effectively integrates theological values with modern instructional approaches, making it well-suited for developing CRE learning that is contextual, interactive, and transformative. By adopting this model, CRE teachers can design instruction that not only enhances students’ cognitive abilities but also supports their affective and spiritual growth. These findings are expected to serve as both a theoretical and practical foundation for developing C religious education teaching strategies that align with the National Curriculum and strengthen students’ Christian faith and character.
